Super Camp with Don Halladay, 5-Star Master Instructor

Fundamentals to Performance

July 24-28, 2019

This clinic will take Parelli principles and put purpose to them using reining patterns and foundations with finesse in 4 savvy's building toward and developing a level 4 foundation on your and your horse.

Topics to be covered will include neck reining, stops, spins, rollbacks, lead changes, circles, speed control, and backup.

Don Halladay, 5-Star Parelli Master Horseman, has competed in cutting, reined cow horse, and reining in Southern states and Florida.  He has also spent many months studying with Craig Johnson who has trained many world champions.  Don has been a Parelli instructor for 17 years and has 30 years of owning and operating a ranch in Alberta.

Craig Johnson, 14 time world champion in reining and numerous other titles has this to say:  "The underlying concepts required to build a reiner are something that will enhance every horse, no matter what you choose to do with that animal.  Reining breaks down right, left, forward and back to the most highly developed and detailed levels.  I can't think of anything you may do with a horse that being able to go right, left, forward, and back better, wouldn't benefit you both."

For students in level 3/4.

"Don and Santino, because every dressage horse should meet a cow... just in case a dressage test happens to have a cow stroll by."
